HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I can't believe 2010 is over! I started off the year pregnant, and very confused. Now I have a beautiful boy, who I love and enjoy more and more every single day! This year has been full of ups and downs, amazing things that I never thought possible in a million years. I've fallen in love and become closer with my family (especially my mom) it's been the year of new beginnings. Everything in the past doesn't matter, It's all about where you go from here.

I've also read so many good books! I'm looking forward to reading and reviewing more books in this upcoming year! I've seen so many challenges all over the blogosphere, I'm not sure which one to participate in. I've never done a challenge before.

My question for you all is,
Are you participating in any challenges this year? If so, which ones and why?

I hope you all had an amazing first day of the year. Today we fed my little boy applesauce for the first time. (Beech Nut, Stage 1) He loved it! It was easy on his stomach, and he loved the taste of the fruit. I also saw the movie Tron Legacy today. I had never seen the original Tron movie (spent all last night looking for it! No blockbuster had it!!!) But I saw a preview for it when we got home from the movie...Technology has come SO far!!!

Here's to an another amazing year!!

Happy new year! Congrats that your little one likes applesauce, and that you got to see Tron! My "little one" (who is now 8, yes, it really does go that fast!) is jealous, she's been wanting to see Tron forever.

As for challenges, I'm trying 2 this year...the 2011 Debut Author Challenge hosted by the Story Siren, and the Off the Shelf Challenge hosted by BA Reading Challenges. This challenge is specifically to help clear out your to-read shelf. More info here: http://bareadingchallenges.blogspot.com/p/off-shelf-challenge.html

Here's info on the 2011 DAC, too: http://www.thestorysiren.com/2010/11/2011-debut-author-challenge.html

Hope that helps. Happy new year!

Ah 8! I can't imagine it going by that fast! He's only 3 or so months now, and that has already gone by fast. Tron was really good! Really loud though haha!

The Off the Shelf reading challenge sounds like something I need to do! There are so many books I need to read. :P Thanks so much!!!
