Follow Friday!!

Welcome to my very first Follow Friday! :D The question this week is.....

If you have, or would have a daughter, what book would you want your daughter to read?
I have a son currently...and I've never actually wanted a daugther.. But if I were to have a daugther... I would definately have her read The Diary of a Teenage Girl by Melody Carlson series. The series follows the life of Caitlin O'Connor, and the first book takes place when she's sixteen years old. It follows up until the last book where she gets married. My mom and I actually read this series together, and it helped me alot during those "troubling" teen years.

So let's start the following! :) Follow me, and then follow another blog on this list!

You have a son?! You lucky woman!! Yup, no daughters for me either (from my lips to God's ears). I'll take one son. I just want one. =)

Oo I hadn't heard of that series, but it definitely sounds like a good read for a teen daughter! I especially love that you and your mom read them together =)

The series is so good! My mom and I loved them, we only had one copy of each and I would read them first. So I would get to a great part of the book, but I couldn't tell her yet! Haha. It was a lot of fun. :)
